נְיָחָה
נְיָיחָה, נְיָחָהf. h. same. Gen. R. s. 30 (play on נח נח, Gen. 6:9) נ׳ לו נ׳וכ׳ (ed. Wil. נייחא) he was a comfort to himself, a comfort to the world ; Yalk. ib. 48; Yalk. Chr. 1072 נייחא. Gen. R. s. 25 (ref. to נח, Gen. 5:29, a. ינוח, Ex. 23:12) נאמר כאן נ׳ … נְיָיחַת שורוכ׳ here ease is mentioned, and so there: as there appeasement of the ox is meant, so here (the ox submitting again to mans control, v. נוּחַ); ib. נייחת קבר rest in the grave; Yalk. Chr. l. c.
